Institute for Evidence-Based Cryonics
The Institute for Evidence-Based Cryonics (IEBC) was an American nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public about the benefits of human cryopreservation to society.[1] It was cofounded by its president Aschwin de Wolf,[2][3] and Chana Phaedra was the executive director.[4] Founded in 2007[1] or 2008, IEBC ceased to exist in 2018.[5]
IEBC organized a number of symposiums on cryonics and dementia and cryonics revival scenarios.[6] The publishing platform of IEBC was the Evidence-Based Cryonics website that eventually became Biostasis.com.[5]
