• September – CI-100, the 100th patient of the Cryonics Institute, is cryopreserved.
• September 17 – Kira Yurasova legally dies and is cryopreserved later by KrioRus.
• October 1–3 – The Applied Cryobiology – Scientific Symposium on Cryonics 2010 is held in Goslar, Germany.
