John Henry Williams

John Henry Williams (August 27, 1968 – legal death March 6, 2004) was an American baseball player and cryonicist. He was the only son of baseball player Ted Williams. His mother was Ted's third wife, Dolores Wettach.

In 2002, John Henry arranged his father's cryopreservation with the Alcor Life Extension Foundation, causing controversy.

In October 2003, it was announced that John Henry had been diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia. He legally died when he was 35 years old, and Alcor cryopreserved him as the patient A-2063. His cephalon and body were cryopreserved separately, involving two separate surgeries. His cephalon was perfused with B2C and body with glycerol.
