Art Quaife
Dr. Arthur William "Art" Quaife[1] is an American mathematician and cryonicist. He was the first Trans Time president, from 1972 to 1998.[2]
He joined the Life Extension Society in 1964, and the Bay Area Cryonics Society (currently the American Cryonics Society) in 1968.[3] He joined the Alcor Life Extension Foundation in 1998, and as of 2022, he regularly attends the Alcor Northern California meetings.[3] In 2022, he donated $1,000,000 to Alcor.[3]
His PhD dissertation for the University of California, Berkeley is called "Automated Development of Fundamental Mathematical Theories" (1990).[1]
