Linda Chamberlain
Linda Lee Chamberlain[1] (née McClintock;[1] born 1946)[2] founded the Alcor Life Extension Foundation in 1972 together with her husband, Fred Chamberlain. Currently, she is engaged in two projects at Alcor. One is the writing of the medical case report for each patient and the other is helping Alcor members set up funding trusts and revival trusts.
Linda has two published works on the subject of cryonics. The first, LifeQuest, compiled in the 1970s, contains short stories written by Linda, Fred and others about cryonics, mind uploading and other transhuman adventures. She also has written a novel about cryonics, Star Pebble (2010).
Her mother, Arlene Fried, was cryopreserved by Alcor in 1990.[3] Linda's husband, Fred Chamberlain, was cryopreserved by Alcor in 2012.
