Jerry Donnell Leaf[1] (April 4/5, 1941[2][1] – legal death July 10, 1991) was the vice president of the Alcor Life Extension Foundation, and the founder and president of Cryovita Laboratories.
He was born in Artesia, California.[1] He was a member of the Society for Cryobiology.[3]
He was cryopreserved by Alcor in July 1991.[4] His identifier is A-1058.
