James Hughes is a US based transhumanist and Executive Director of the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies.[1]
From 1999 to 2011 he produced Changesurfer Radio discussing transhumanist topics. Current projects include the Cyborg Buddha as he attempts to develop ideas surrounding Buddhist transhumanism.[2]
