Lepht Anonym is a genderless self-modifying H+ biohacker and humanist from the UK. Anonym is involved in grinder body self-modification with DIY implants and similar biotechnological modifications.

In April 2015, Anonym was featured in the short BBC documentary, Hack me! The Girl With Magnetic Fingers.
