Randal Koene
Randal A. Koene is a Dutch neuroengineer and neuroscientist.
Randal is known in transhumanist circles for his work on mind uploading technologies such as whole brain emulation.
He is also the co-founder of Carboncopies, a non-profit organisation related to the work on substrate independent minds or SIMs for short.
