Lyubov Chernaya
Lyubov Panteleevna Chernaya[1] (Russian: Любовь Пантелеевна Черная)[1] (November 6, 1935 – legal death September 5, 2008)[1] was the mother of the KrioRus co-founder Valeriya Udalova.[1] The sixth patient of KrioRus, she was cryopreserved in September 2008.[1]
Chernaya graduated from a medical university in Krasnodar, and worked as a general practitioner all her life.[1] She held positions from an ordinary therapist to the head of a hospital.[1]
Chernaya signed up for cryopreservation arrangements on March 8, 2008, after a year and a half of reluctancy.[1] In the summer of the same year, after perforation of the intestine with a fish bone and an incorrect diagnosis, she developed peritonitis.[1] Udalova's daughter transported her to the hospital for treatment from Kirovograd to Moscow where she legally died.[1]
