A Life in the Future

A Life in the Future is a 2021 English-language short film made by German studio Dropout Films. Written by Carl V. Rossi and directed by Felix Schuch and Lukas Rinker, it was released on YouTube on January 8, 2022.^[1] It is a graduate thesis film of the Mainz University of Applied Sciences.^[1] The length is 5 minutes.

Christopher wants to be frozen. Experiencing the future in 500 years – that's the dream! His girlfriend Melanie is not very excited. But has she ever seriously thought about it? To cheat death – and besides, the procedure is foolproof!^[1]
