Edgar Swank
Edgar William Swank[1] (December 2, 1940 – legal death January 12, 2017)[2][3] was the president of the American Cryonics Society (ACS) for over 15 years from 1996 and one of the founding members of it.[4][2] In 1995, he was the vice president of ACS.[2] He also was a founding member of Trans Time where he served many years on the board of directors, and also was a Cryonics Institute (CI) director for many years.[4]
He was cryopreserved by CI in January 2017. He "overfunded" his cryopresevation by contributing about twice what CI requires.[4]
