Human Cloning Foundation
The Human Cloning Foundation is a New York City-based[1] human cloning advocacy organization established in 1998.[2]
Headed by Randolfe H. Wicker, who also operated the Clone Rights United Front,[3] its operations were primarily based around the humancloning.org website which operated from February 23, 1998 until September 2019,[4] and The Cloner mailing list operated from it.
It is frequently referenced in Raelian advocacy of human cloning.[5][6]
