Dan Elton

Dan Elton (born 1988) is an American AI researcher living in Bethesda, Maryland. In 2019, he founded the Maryland Transhumanist Party, where he serves as Chair. He is also a co-organizer for the DC Transhumanist Meetup. In 2020 he was appointed as Director of Scholarship for the U.S. Transhumanist Party. He is the recipient of the 2020 Foresight Institute AI fellowship and the 2020 Kurzweil Prize for Best AGI Idea for his work on self-explaining AI . He edits H+Pedia as User:delton.
