Kimberly Faye "Kim" Suozzi[1] (June 10, 1989 – legal death January 17, 2013)[2] was an American neuroscience student who successfully asked the Reddit community and the Internet at large for donations to fund her cryopreservation. Having been diagnosed with glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer, in March 2011,[3] buying life insurance was not possible. She was neuropreserved by the Alcor Life Extension Foundation when she was 23.[4] Her identifier is A-2643.[4]
Her medical power of attorney was her boyfriend, Josh Schisler.[4][5]
