The Immortalist is a 2016 BBC documentary as part of the Horizon series.

The hour long episode covers the life extension exploits of Dmitry Itskov his 2045 Initiative and chief scientist Randal Koene. Also feature is Japanese roboticist Hiroshi Ishiguro, neuroscientists Ken Hayworth, Rafael Yuste as well as Miguel Nicolelis with a more sceptical point of view. Topics covered include mind uploading, whole brain emulation, space exploration and prosthetics.
