Tom Bell aka T. O. Morrow was a co-founder of the Extropy Magazines and Extropianism along with Max More in 1988.
In the late 90's he served as a policy director at the Cato Institute.
In 1998 he joined the faculty of Chapman University, Fowler School of Law specializing in intellectual property law.
He appears to have left the transhumanist movement sometime in the mid 2000's.
